Refund Policy

How to cancel your Family Bridge Pro subscription and how to request a refund, depending on where you bought it.

Who sells you Family Bridge Pro

Family Bridge is a service by Deepyze. Family Bridge Pro can be bought through two channels, and each has a different seller:

Cancelling is not the same as requesting a refund. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not automatically return what you have already paid. A refund is a separate request decided by the seller of the purchase (Paddle or Apple).

Web purchases (Paddle)

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time, with no penalties:

  1. Open the receipt email Paddle sent you when you paid and tap the Manage subscription link to open Paddle's customer portal.
  2. If you can't find the email, go to paddle.net and look up your purchase with the email you used to pay.
  3. Choose Cancel subscription and confirm.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for: there are no further renewals or charges, and Pro stays active until then. After that your account moves to the free plan and you keep your information. Deleting the app or your Family Bridge account does not cancel the subscription.

How to request a refund

Because Paddle is the seller of web purchases, refunds are governed by Paddle's Refund Policy and Paddle's Buyer Terms. To request one:

  1. Go to paddle.net and look up your purchase with the email you used to pay (or use the link in your receipt email).
  2. Choose Request refund or, if you have a right of withdrawal, Request withdrawal, and tell Paddle the reason.
  3. Paddle reviews the request and replies by email. If it is approved, the money goes back to the same payment method.

Under its policy, Paddle may grant refunds at its discretion when the request is made within 14 days of the transaction, and may refuse them, for example where there is evidence of fraud or abuse. We do not offer an unconditional money-back guarantee.

Your mandatory rights

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country. For example, in some countries consumers have a statutory period to withdraw from an online purchase. Where the applicable law gives you more rights than this policy, those rights prevail.

iPhone purchases (App Store)

Subscriptions bought in the iPhone app are billed and managed by Apple. We cannot cancel or refund them, and Paddle is not involved in them.

The 3- and 7-day free trials shown on Pricing are App Store offers and follow its rules.
