Notifications tell you about messages, events, expenses and updates from the other parent. Setting them up well keeps you informed without needless interruptions.
Open the settings
- Go to Profile > Notification settings.
- Use the main switch to turn all push notifications on or off.
- Adjust each group separately, as explained below.
Notification groups
You can turn each group on or off independently:
- Co-parenting: invitations and updates about your link with the other parent.
- Messaging: new messages.
- Calendar & events: events and their reminders.
- Expenses: new expenses and their approval.
- Documents & children: documents and children's profiles.
- Community: activity in the parents' forum.
Reminder timing
Under Reminder timing you choose how far in advance you want alerts for events and medical appointments.
Quiet hours
Turn on Quiet hours and set a start and end time so you don't get notifications while you sleep or work.
The notifications inbox
The bell on Home collects all your notifications. Tap one to jump straight to what triggered it, use Mark all read, or swipe to delete it.
If notifications don't arrive, also check your phone's permissions: Not receiving notifications.
