By accessing and using Family Bridge, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.
2. Description of the service
Family Bridge, by Deepyze, is a digital platform designed to facilitate co-parenting between separated or divorced parents, available as an iPhone app and as a web app at familybridge.app. Our service includes:
- Secure communication tools
- Shared calendar for coordination
- Shared expense management
- Secure document storage
- Notification system
3. Registration and user account
To use Family Bridge, you must:
- Be over 18 years of age
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your password secure
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use Family Bridge only for legitimate co-parenting purposes. It is prohibited to:
- Use offensive, threatening or inappropriate language
- Share false or misleading information
- Violate the other parent's privacy
- Use the platform to harass or intimidate
- Attempt to access other people's accounts
5. Privacy and data protection
Your privacy is fundamental to us. The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
6. Subscriptions and payments
Family Bridge offers monthly and annual subscription plans. iPhone subscriptions are managed and billed through the Apple App Store; in the future, subscriptions purchased on the web may be processed through an online checkout provider (Lemon Squeezy). Billing terms include:
- Payments are processed automatically at each renewal
- You can cancel your subscription at any time
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and, for App Store purchases, under Apple's policies
- Prices may change with 30 days' prior notice
7. Limitation of liability
Family Bridge provides communication tools, but we are not responsible for decisions or agreements made between users. We do not provide legal or custody advice.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Family Bridge if you violate these terms. You can also close your account at any time from settings.
9. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance.
