Family Bridge for family lawyers and mediators

Short answer

Family Bridge lets family lawyers, judges, mediators and other verified professionals view a family's information in read-only mode: timestamped messages, the custody calendar, expenses and child support. Family Bridge doesn't replace professional judgment: it provides an orderly, neutral record of co-parenting that a mediator can follow and that, with the Pro plan, exports to PDF.

What can a verified professional see?

Professional access is read-only: whoever has it can view the information, but cannot send messages, change data or act on behalf of the parents.

  • Messages between the parents, with date, time and read receipts.
  • The custody calendar and shared events.
  • Children's expenses, payments and child support status.
  • Handoffs and exchanges, including their times and whether they took place as planned.
  • Account details and the details of the linked children.

Who can have access?

Family Bridge registers each professional and verifies their identity and professional license or registration before allowing access. Family Bridge decides which families each professional can view, either by assigning them directly or at the professional's request.

  • Family lawyers.
  • Judges and courts.
  • Mediators.
  • Forensic experts and forensic psychologists.
  • Social workers.
  • Parenting coordinators.
  • Children's advocates.

Why would a mediator recommend a neutral tool?

Many agreements break down in everyday life, not at the mediation table: an ambiguous message, a date argued over in chat, or an expense tally that never adds up. A neutral tool moves those topics out of personal chats and keeps them in writing, organized by topic and with history.

  • Conversations by child and by topic, separate from each parent's private life.
  • A single calendar both parents see the same way, each in their own language.
  • Expenses with a clear split (50/50, percentage or full amount) and a balance between both parents.
  • PDF export (Pro plan) to bring the record to a session or a hearing.

How does a professional request access?

If you are a family lawyer, mediator or another professional involved in a family proceeding, you can request access through the contact page or by writing to info@familybridge.app. Tell us who you are, your role and your professional license or registration, and which family you need to consult.

Every access is logged: who accessed, which information and when.

Exported reports reflect the information recorded in the platform. Family Bridge does not certify their legal validity: whether they are admitted and how they are weighed is up to the authority or the professional receiving them.
