The Documents section keeps your children's important papers in one place, with alerts before they expire.
Open Documents
- Open it from Home > Documents or Profile > Documents.
- Filter by category or use search.
- Upcoming expirations shows the documents that expire in the next 30 days.
Upload a document
- Tap Upload document.
- Choose a photo or video, or a file (up to 50 MB).
- Give it a descriptive name and, if you like, a description.
- Choose the document type and the category.
- Assign it to a child or leave it for all of them.
- Add comma-separated tags, an expiration date if there is one, and mark it as important if needed.
- Save.
Document types
- Identity: National ID, Passport, Birth certificate, Family record book
- Legal: Custody agreement, Divorce decree, Authorization, Contract
- Health: Medical report, Prescription, Health insurance
- School: School report
- Finances: Invoice, Receipt
- Other
Privacy and sharing
- The documents you upload are yours: the other parent only sees the ones you share with them.
- Share (Pro): choose a linked co-parent and read or edit permission.
- Under Shared with you can see who has access and remove it.
The free plan includes 3 documents. Family Bridge Pro allows unlimited documents and sharing them with the co-parent.
