Categories
Every document belongs to a category, and you can filter them with one tap:
- Legal
- Medical
- School
- Financial
- Personal
- Other
By child and with tags
- Assign each document to a child to quickly see everything for each one.
- Use comma-separated tags, such as “2026, vaccines, school”.
- Mark what you always need at hand as important.
Search
Type part of a name or tag in the Documents search box to find a file instantly.
Expirations
If you add an expiration date (passport, health insurance, travel authorization), the document appears in Upcoming expirations 30 days before and the app reminds you.
Edit or delete
Open a document to view it, change its details or delete it. The app asks for confirmation before deleting.
A simple way to stay organized
- Use clear names: type, child and year (for example, “Ana passport 2026”).
- Always add the expiration date when there is one.
- Check Upcoming expirations once a month.
- Delete old versions when you upload a new one.
